In Da Nang’s Ngu Hanh Son District, a small street-side eatery earns accolades not just from locals but also from the prestigious Michelin Guide, drawing culinary enthusiasts like Sso and Sam, a South Korean couple, who described their dining experience as an "unbelievable gastronomic delight."

For just VND 70,000 (around USD 3), they enjoyed a hearty meal of duck porridge and sweet and sour duck salad, a steal by any gourmet standards.

Sso and Sam, who have a passion for culinary travels, were intrigued by the eatery’s reputation and its constant crowd. "It’s incredible to find a Michelin-recommended spot that’s so affordable," Sso remarked, marveling at the quality and price of their late-night meal.

Upon arrival, they were quickly seated and decided to try the restaurant's signatures as recommended by Michelin inspectors. The duck porridge, served in a portion generous enough for two, cost only VND 10,000.

"Seeing other diners, we realized our portion was quite large. At VND 5,000 per person, this is exceptional," Sso commented.

Although they enjoyed the flavors, the couple noted that the duck salad, while tasty with its fresh herbs and green mango, was slightly less convenient due to the bone-in meat.

"Boneless would have been easier to manage," Sso suggested, hoping for a minor tweak to an otherwise perfect dish.

As their evening wrapped up, they observed the eatery’s popularity didn't wane, even late into the night. "It's a local favorite for winding down," Sso noted, appreciating the cultural vibe of late-night dining in Vietnam.
