Nguyen Trong Thin – founder of Pho Thin, has stated that the shop in Australia will preserve the taste and scent of the traditional noodles with a modern twist to adapt to the Australian market.

After the success of Pho Thin in Tokyo and Melbourne, Nguyen Trong Thin hopes to bring Vietnamese food to more people in the coming time.-VNA
