The majority of the buildings are located in Ba Dinh, Dong Da and Cau Giay districts.

49 of the high rises are apartment buildings run by well-known real estate enterprises such as the Ministry of Defence’s Urban and Housing Development Investment Corporation, Duc Dai Phát Commercial and Manufacturing Company and the Đà River Urban and Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The Fodacon apartment building in Ha Dong District where a fire occurred on May 25 is included on the list.

High-end apartment buildings are also listed, along with the headquarters of 35 companies, central and local agency offices, 19 hotels and four educational facilities.

Officials said they would continue to work with building managers to address the shortcomings.
