VietNamNet Bridge – The first cable car system in the Mekong Delta will be put into service on February 14, making it easier for local and foreign visitors to visit the touristic Bay Nui area in An Giang Province, according to the project owner An Giang Tourism Development Joint Stock Company (ANDESCO).

The 3.5-km system consists of two stations, 89 cabins and 16 pillars, and is able to transport 2,000 passengers an hour between Lam Vien tourism site at the foot of Nui Cam (Cam Mountain) and Vo Ong Buom on the peak.
With an altitude of nearly 710 meters, Nui Cam is the highest mountain in the Mekong Delta where tourists can have a panoramic view of the area.
Prices range from VND70,000 to VND180,000 per ticket depending on age, and return or single trip. Locals in the province’s Tinh Bien and Tri Ton districts just pay VND40,000-VND120,000 per ticket.
This project cost approximately VND300 billion.
