Visitors can enjoy vibrant festivals in the central city of Da Nang, take in a photo exhibition or enjoy a choral performance in Hoi An this July.

Tourists can revel in the Latin American-style festival named ‘TropiCoco-Loco Summer’ at the Cocobay entertainment complex in Da Nang city from now to September 16, where they can taste the delicious cuisines of Mexico, China, Japan and Vietnam at the on-site restaurants and participate in colourful carnivals.

The Light Festival is held at the Administration Centre in Lien Chieu district from 6:30 to 10:30 every day. Entrance tickets are VND50,000 for adults and VND30,000 for kids under aheight of 1.3 metres.

The Vietnam-Japan Culture Exchange Festival will be held from July 27-29 at the Rong bridge area in Da Nang with diverse activities such as a seminar to promote Japanese tourism in Da Nang, a forum on the development of Da Nang’s urban areas and a ceremony to mark the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Japan (September 21). Entry to the festival is free.

Visitors can also explore the valuable photo collections of French photographer Rehahn at an exhibition on Nguyen Phuc Chu road in Hoi An city. The outdoor event began on July 1 and will last for two months, displaying 40 photos of Vietnam’s ethnic minority groups.
