If approved, FLC Group will focus all its resources on carrying out the investment project in accordance with the approved plan, looking to put the project into operation after one year of construction.

Chairman of FLC Trinh Van Quyet said his group has experience in constructing large-scale tourist resorts over a short time with high quality, adding that its FLC Faros comprises engineers, contractors and both domestic and international partners, making the construction of the terminal within one year completely feasible.

Investment and construction of airport infrastructure has been an important orientation pursued by FLC even before its Bamboo Airways officially took off, he said.

Previously, FLC Group conveyed its intention to invest in two important infrastructure areas for air services, one of which is located at Tho Xuan airport in the north central province of Thanh Hoa, providing an important component of airport service that includes a site for repairing and maintaining aircrafts as well as a training school for technicians and flight attendants.

The other area is a large-scale warranty-maintenance centre in Van Don, in the northern province of Quang Ninh. –VNA
