VietNamNet Bridge – The Ha Noi Sewage and Water Drainage Company has completed the installation of 16 cameras at flood-prone areas in the capital city.

Hanoi plans to install cameras at 15 locations at risk of flooding throughout the city, to better supervise the level of rising waters and put in place timely measures to avoid flooding during heavy rainfalls.
