It is reported that this fuel truck ran only 30m from the tail of the special aircraft.

"Although nothing happened in terms of security, this fuel truck broke regulations. Under the regulations on services for special aircraft, at the moment a special aircraft parks on a runway, the runway must be closed for a certain time while security must be at the highest level," the source told Dan Tri.

According to the source, the security force at Da Nang airport must be blamed for letting this incident happen as well as the driver of the fuel truck.

The incident is under investigation by airport authorities.

PM Robert Fico paid an official visit to Vietnam from July 16-19.

During the stay, the Slovak leader held talks with PM Phuc, met Party Secretary General Nguyen Phu Trong, President Tran Dai Quang and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, attended the Vietnam-Slovakia business forum, met the Vietnam-Slovakia Friendship Association and visited the central city of Da Nang.
