Leading news website Insider of the United States has named Vietnam’s UNESCO-recognised Non Nuoc Cao Bang geopark among the 50 best views in the world.

A delegation of UNESCO experts held a working session with northern Cao Bang province’s authorities on July 6 to review a survey result on the status of Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO Global Geopark since its operation two years ago.

With magnificent scenery and original geological features, Non Nuoc Cao Bang global geopark has brought opportunities for Cao Bang to develop tourism and promote the culture of indigenous ethnic groups.

Brocades are typical weaving and sewing products of the Tay people in the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang. 

Ly Son island, Quang Ngai province, is not only known for the birthplace of Hoang Sa Flotilla, but also a famous geopark with breath-taking landscape and diverse fauna and flora.

A UNESCO-recognized geopark in the northern province of Cao Bang has been listed among 50 best views in the worldin the world by U.S. news site Insider.

Experts say Quang Ngai provincial authorities will create difficulties for themselves in achieving heritage conservation if they do not relocate industrial zones out of the Ly Son – Sa Huynh Geopark.
