On November 16 - 17, the People's Committee of Chu Dang Ya commune, Chu Pah district, Gia Lai province organized a training course on developing human resources for community tourism and supporting gong performance costumes to build business startup model in the commune.
The course attracted 100 attendants who are managers of the national target program, village officials and residents in Chu Dang Ya Commune.
This is one of the activities to implement Subproject 2, Project 3 "Promoting start-ups, entrepreneurship and attracting investment in ethnic minority and mountainous areas" under the National Target Program on Socio-economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas.
At the training course, the participants listened to presentations by experts on the basic contents of community tourism, agricultural and rural tourism and the Rural Tourism Development Program in new rural construction; Identifying the potential and role of the community in developing community tourism products and models, agricultural and rural tourism associated with the advantages of each region and locality and exchanged and shared lessons and experiences in developing community-based agricultural and rural tourism.
Through the training courses, participants are equipped with knowledge and skills on developing rural tourism and community tourism in building new rural areas.
The course also contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of program implementation associated with promoting the potential of agricultural production, traditional craft villages, and local cultural values in a sustainable, inclusive and multi-valued manner.
Besides, gong troupes in the province are provided with performance costumes.
