The King expressed his wish to further strengthen UK-Vietnam relations, particularly in biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation, and environmental protection for future generations.
From Belarus, President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent greetings to General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong. Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin wrote to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, while Senate President Natalya Kochanova and House Speaker Igor Sergeyenko sent congratulations to National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. Belarusian leaders praised the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam in national liberation and development, calling recent visits and bilateral engagements milestones that elevate the Vietnam-Belarus relationship to a new strategic level.

From Egypt, President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi expressed appreciation for the traditional friendship with Vietnam and optimism that President Luong Cuong’s visit would further energize bilateral ties. Egypt hopes to deepen the Comprehensive Partnership and expand collaboration in various sectors.
From the United Arab Emirates, President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent greetings to General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong. European Council President Antonio Costa addressed a message to General Secretary To Lam, praising Vietnam’s progress in achieving peace, stability, and socio-economic advancement. He noted the EU is honored to have been a partner since the two sides established diplomatic ties in 1990. Over the past 35 years, their relationship has deepened significantly, and the elevation of bilateral ties reflects their shared commitment to further cooperation.
From Venezuela, President Nicolas Maduro Moros extended his congratulations to President Luong Cuong, expressing deep admiration for President Ho Chi Minh’s vision and relentless fight for Vietnam’s self-determination.
