On the occasion of Vietnam’s 14th National Party Congress, political parties, organizations and international friends have sent a wave of congratulatory messages expressing solidarity, friendship and admiration for the country’s achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).

In its message, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation described the Congress as a significant event, marking a new chapter in the country’s development journey. It emphasized that, through collective wisdom, the Congress would comprehensively evaluate the successes gained by the CPV over the past five years - thanks to tireless efforts and creative leadership.
Under the CPV’s leadership, it stated, Vietnam continues to confidently implement Party resolutions, building a solid foundation for progress while staying principled and innovative in both domestic and foreign policy. The Russian Communist Party expressed pride in its enduring relationship with the CPV and its readiness to strengthen cooperation.
The United Russia Party praised the CPV as the leading force in national and societal development. It affirmed that decisions made by the CPV have helped elevate Vietnam’s international stature while ensuring regional stability and security in the Asia-Pacific.
Vietnam and Russia, the message noted, enjoy close cooperation on bilateral and multilateral platforms, including Russia–ASEAN and BRICS. Party-to-party relations between United Russia and the CPV form an essential part of the Vietnam–Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
India’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) highlighted the long-standing cooperation with the CPV, which has fostered deeper mutual understanding and expanded bilateral ties. BJP expressed confidence that the 14th Congress would successfully chart a clear path for Vietnam’s future growth and prosperity.
The Communist Party of the United States expressed admiration for the CPV’s steadfast dedication, calling it a source of inspiration for communist and labor movements around the globe.
“We look forward to strengthening our relationship with the Communist Party of Vietnam following the success of the 14th Congress. Together, we will continue our shared struggle for peace, socialism and international solidarity,” the message read.
The Japanese Communist Party acknowledged the dramatic transformation Vietnam has undergone through 40 years of đổi mới (renovation). The country’s socioeconomic progress and rising international profile are clear indicators of its success. The 14th Congress, the message stated, will provide renewed momentum for Vietnam’s continued achievements and global engagement.
The French Communist Party reaffirmed its commitment to deepening friendly and cooperative ties. It cited the legacy of President Ho Chi Minh - a founding member of the French Communist Party - as a lasting symbol of unity. The shared values of peace, solidarity and progress, it said, are vital assets in today’s volatile world.
Australia’s Communist Party emphasized that the 14th Congress would set the course for Vietnam’s continued socialist development in the new era. It paid tribute to the CPV’s historical role in the struggle for national liberation and its unwavering leadership throughout the socialist revolution.
The Communist Party of Sri Lanka praised Vietnam as one of the fastest-growing countries globally - with rising standards in healthcare, education and cultural life. These successes, the message noted, were achieved under the CPV’s visionary leadership.
South Korea’s Democratic Party of Korea expressed its desire to see deeper exchanges and cooperation built on mutual trust, as the two countries continue to expand ties in politics, diplomacy, culture and economy.
The Federal Party of the Philippines recognized the CPV’s efforts in promoting progress and ensuring stability, which have contributed to better living conditions for the Vietnamese people. The party reaffirmed its intention to strengthen ties with the CPV across areas of mutual interest.

The Mongolian People's Party described the Congress as a pivotal moment that reflects the CPV’s firm commitment to national unity, prosperity and citizen wellbeing. It expressed confidence in the CPV’s leadership to guide Vietnam to even greater success.
Mozambique’s FRELIMO Party underscored the historical significance of the 14th Congress - not just for Vietnam, but for all progressive movements worldwide. The ideals of independence, social justice and equitable development, it stated, continue to inspire people around the globe.
South Africa’s African National Congress (ANC) extended greetings to “comrades with whom we share a deep historical bond.” The ANC hoped the Congress’s resolutions would strengthen unity, sharpen strategic vision and advance Vietnam’s prosperity and social progress.
Algeria’s National Liberation Front (FLN) affirmed its solidarity with Vietnam, grounded in a shared history of anti-imperialist and anti-colonial struggle. The FLN emphasized the enduring friendship and mutual support between the two nations and their parties.
The New Azerbaijan Party praised the CPV’s success in driving economic and social development and expanding Vietnam’s international reach. The outcomes of the 14th Congress, it noted, will lay the foundation for a new phase of growth, boosting Vietnam’s global influence.
The Secretary-General of ASEAN also sent congratulations, commending Vietnam’s consistent support and contributions to ASEAN community-building and regional integration. He expressed confidence that the Congress would align Vietnam’s national priorities for 2026–2030 with ASEAN’s strategic direction.
The Chairman of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) hailed Vietnam’s economic dynamism, social stability and rising global standing under the CPV’s leadership.
The Secretary-General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) also sent a message recognizing Vietnam’s achievements in socio-economic development and its meaningful contributions to global parliamentary dialogue. Vietnam’s role in promoting peace, sustainable development and international cooperation was especially noted.
