During that time, the Party has continuously expanded and deepened its relationships with communist parties, workers’ parties, leftist forces, ruling and participatory parties, and political movements across the globe.

As the Vietnamese people and armed forces nationwide welcome this pivotal political event, a steady flow of congratulatory letters and messages has poured in from international political parties, organizations, and friends, as well as overseas Vietnamese associations - expressing warm sentiments, friendship, and close attention to the 14th Congress.
