To enhance the value of ancient indigenous tea trees, in recent years the Phin Ho Tea Processing Cooperative has expanded production and raw material areas by cooperating with 410 tea growing households in Thong Nguyen, Nam Ty, and Tung San communes.

White flax on the Dong Van stone plateau is now a closed production chain. Flax products are exported to many countries, a new source of livelihood that helps 40% of the Sa Phin A cooperative's member households escape poverty.
