Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) have won the best team award in February, the event’s organising board has announced.

Hoang Anh Gia Lai vs Sanna Khanh Hoa in a recent match of the national premier league. They won the best team award in February. 

HAGL showed their outstanding performance with the wins over Can Tho, Binh Duong and Long An in February. They scored seven goals.

The best player award went to midfielder Vu Minh Tuan of Quang Ninh Coal. Tuan scored five goals in three matches.

Tuan also won the best goal award in the month. Tuan made the goal in the match between Quang Ninh and Sai Gon FC on February 26.

Coach Ljubo Petrovic of Thanh Hoa won the best coach award. He led the team to top the rankings with 19 points.

The 69-year-old Petrovic of Serbia has 34 years of experience in Europe, the Middle East and China. He won the European Cup (now UEFA Champions League) with Red Star Belgrade in 1991.
