Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) FC will welcome star midfielder Tran Minh Vuong back to action this weekend after his absence.

Vuong has not played for the team for several weeks because of a stretched ligament.

He only competed for five out of 10 matches in the V.League. 

He was one of two best scorers of Hoang Anh Gia Lai in 2016 season with eight goals. He has not netted any time this year.

Together with Vương’s return, coach Nguyen Quoc Tuan is also happy as his striker Nguyen Van Toan scored against after months.

Toan was quiet in V. League play for 900 minutes. But he scored a goal for Viet Nam national team in a match against Afghanistan in the 2019 Asian Cup qualification on March 28.

Hoang Anh Gia Lai will host Quang Nam at on home turf in Pleiku City on Sunday.
