consolidate and develop the system of providing primary health care services, non-communicable disease prevention, medical examination and treatment for the elderly, and gradually build a long-term health care model for the elderly; Training and professional training for teams working on health care for the elderly;

Organize periodic health checks for the elderly (once a year), create records to monitor the health management of the elderly.

In addition, ensure resources to implement the Plan, and at the same time contribute ideas to improve legal policies on health care for the elderly, and implement a number of scientific research related to human health care. local elderly when there is actual need, according to regulations; Implement international projects related to elderly health care in the city (if any).
