The festival, hosted by DEEP C Industrial Zones on behalf of the Embassy of Belgium, will include a range of events including a Belgian cuisine and culture festival, a port and logistics symposium, and a semi-classical concert.

The festival was initiated with the ambition of becoming a one-of-a-kind Belgian weekend in Haiphong that puts a spotlight on the city as a dynamic and emerging place to live and do business.

Its vision is to showcase the best Haiphong has to offer in all sectors while driving the foreign direct investment flows into the city, especially in the manufacturing industry.

The festival is expected to help strengthen the already close bond between Haiphong and Belgium, and consequently call for more Belgian businesses to invest in the city. SGT
