Many households in Hanoi’s outlying district of Chuong My are facing the serious flooding after the recent heavy rains.

This is the fifth day the households in Bui Xa Village, Xuan Mai Commune have experienced the flooding following the recent torrential rains.

Many families have to use oil lamps due to the power cuts while their houses are still inundated.
