Flower fields in Hanoi’s Tay Tuu Village have become more beautiful at night with light created by thousands of lamps.

The lamps are aimed to turn night into day to make flowers to bloom in time for the Tet Holiday.

Agricultural land in Tay Tu are being narrowed due to the urbanisation, so local people have to hire more land from neighbouring localities such as Thuong Mo Commune to grow flowers

Flower stealing has become more common in Tay Tuu. Some days ago, a local household had six beds of flowers picked in a night. So many local families are coming to the fields to protect their flowers at night.
