The IT Park is located in Cau Giay District, Hanoi, and businesses operating in the park will enjoy preferential policies of the State for high-tech zones and incentives of Hanoi authorities.

The Cau Giay IT Park is 8.35 hectares in size, located in Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District. It was established in July 2001. There are 36 businesses in the park, including the leading IT companies in Vietnam such as Viettel, FPT, Harmony, Elcom, Misa ... which account for 61.66 percent of the total labor forces in the park.

The wholly foreign-invested Da Nang Information Technology Park (DITP) worth US$278 million got off the ground in April 2013.

Rocky Lai & Associates Inc. of the U.S. is owner of the project covering 341 hectares in Hoa Vang District, Danang City. The IT park will be developed in two phases, from 2013 to 2017 and from 2017 to 2023.

DITP will consist of six functional areas: the production area, the area for research-development and training-consulting, the office area, the area for technical infrastructure, the area for product exhibition and the area for healthcare service, supermarket and school.

Quang Trung Software Park the first IT park in Vietnam. Located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, the park focuses on the computer software industry, hosting a number of software companies and schools. Established by government decree in June 2000, it officially began operations on 16 March 2001.
