Hanoi wants to build $480million software park

 VietNamNet Bridge – The authorities of Hanoi have submitted a proposal to Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to establish an information technology park in Long Bien District, at a cost of VND10.5 trillion (over $480 million).

Da Nang may revoke license for $128mil. “Silicon Valley” project

 VietNamNet Bridge - Da Nang Party Secretary has stated that by the end of next March, if the $280 million IT Park dubbed as Da Nang’s Silicon Valley, does not kick off, the investment licence will be revoked.

Hanoi has the first IT Park

This is the third information technology park in Vietnam after the Quang Trung Software City in HCM City and the Da Nang Software Park in Da Nang City, and the first of Hanoi recognized by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
