VietNamNet Bridge – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the appointment of three new Deputy Chairs of the Hanoi’s People Committee. All of them are former directors of Hanoi’s departments.

Mr. Nguyen The Hung, one of the three new Vice Chairs of Hanoi.

The three new Deputy Chairs are Mr. Nguyen The Hung, former Director of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture, Mr. Ngo Van Quy, former Director of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment and Mr. Nguyen Doan Toan, former Director of the Hanoi Department of Finance.

The Prime Minister also approved the dismissal of the three former Vice Chairs of the Hanoi People's Committee in the 2011- 2016 tenure - Mr. Vu Hong Khanh, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan and Mr. Tran Xuan Viet.

The two first former vice chairs will be assigned with new tasks while the last, Mr. Viet, will retire.

Earlier, at the 15th session of the Hanoi People's Council, deputies elected Hung, Quy and Toan as the three new vice chairs of the Hanoi People’s Committee. The election result has just been approved by the Prime Minister.
