VietNamNet Bridge – Based on a short video clip posted on social networks, Hanoi traffic police have imposed fines on a man in Hanoi for letting his five-year-old son control a motorbike on the road.

On July 31st, a 15-second video clip was posted featuring a little boy driving a Lead motorcycle on the street, with a middle-aged man behind him. 

According to the one who posted the clip, he shot it on To Huu Road in Tu Liem District, Hanoi on the same day.

Based on the clip, Hanoi traffic police identified the owner of the motorcycle, a man named Van Trong Tue from Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

At the police station, Tue admitted that he was the character in the clip and the boy is his five-year-old son.

Under the current rules, Tue was imposed with VND1 million ($48) fine.

Through Facebook and social networks, Vietnamese police have recently found many traffic violators, wildlife hunters and even thieves.
