Hanoi Metro has announced extended train schedules on the Cat Linh - Ha Dong line (Line 2A) and the Nhon - Cau Giay section of Line 3 to meet rising passenger demand during the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.

According to the operator, on August 21, 24, 27, and 29, trains will run from 5:30 AM to midnight, two hours later than usual. Service frequency will be every 6-10 minutes, and every 10 minutes during the extended hours.

On August 30, trains will operate from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with 6-minute intervals during the morning rush (5:00-8:00 AM) and 10 minutes at other times.

On September 1, trains will again run from 5:30 AM to midnight, with 10-minute headways throughout the day.

On National Day, September 2, the metro will operate continuously from 12:00 AM until 10:00 PM. During peak periods (4:30-7:30 AM and 11:00 AM-2:30 PM), trains will run every 6 minutes, and every 10 minutes during off-peak hours.

Hanoi Metro encourages passengers to plan their journeys in advance, stay updated through official communication channels, and follow staff instructions to ensure a safe and convenient trip.
