Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha signed the decision on naming new streets, adjusting the length of several roads and streets, and naming a public facility.

Under the decision, Hanoi assigned official names to 51 new streets across various localities, including Nguyen Huu An Street (Cau Giay Ward); Dai Yen, Ngoc Hoa, Ninh Son, Chua Tram Gian, Phung Chau, Long Chau, Yen Khe and Ly Trien roads (Chuong My Ward); Chua Mia Road, Duong Lam Road and Cam Lam Road (Son Tay Ward); Vu Nam Long Street (Duong Noi Ward); Vu Tuyen Hoang Street (Hoang Liet Ward); Co Mai Street (Hoang Mai Ward); Vu Lap Street (Long Bien Ward); Phu Cuong Street (Phu Luong Ward); Vo Thuong Street (Phuc Loi Ward); Nguyen Long Street (Tay Ho Ward); Bui Huy Dap Street (Yen So Ward); along with roads and streets in the communes of Duong Hoa, Dan Phuong, Hat Mon, Hong Son, Huong Son, Kieu Phu, Lien Minh, Nam Phu, O Dien, Phu Cat, Phu Dong, Phu Xuyen, Phuc Son, Son Dong, Thanh Tri and Tien Thang.

The Hanoi People's Committee also approved adjustments to the length of five existing roads and streets.

Chua Tram Road (Chuong My Ward) will be extended from the area beside the Vo Vi Pagoda gate to the intersection with Provincial Road 419, bordering the Tien Lu and Quyet Tien residential areas.

Chuc Son Road (Chuong My Ward) will be extended from Cong Market intersection to the boundary of Chuong My Ward, adjoining Dong Tru Hamlet in Phu Nghia Commune.

Dang Thuy Tram Street (Nghia Do Ward) will be extended from the Pham Tuan Tai–Nghia Tan intersection to Tran Quoc Hoan Street.

Kieu Mai Street (Xuan Phuong Ward) will be extended from the Kieu Mai area to Phan Tay Nhac Road, next to Phenikaa University Hospital.

Ta Thanh Oai Road (Dai Thanh Commune) will be extended from the Ta Thanh Oai Martyrs' Cemetery to Dau Pagoda in Thuong Phuc Hamlet.

Alongside the naming of the new streets, the city officially designated An Hoa Park, located in Cau Giay Ward.

The park covers approximately 27.78 hectares, including around 19 hectares of regulating lake and approximately 8.78 hectares of green space. It is bordered to the north by the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Home Affairs; to the south by Hoang Quan Chi Street; to the east by Nguyen Huu An Street; and to the west by the Hanoi Children's Palace and Pham Hung Road. The park's regulating lake is more than 1.5 times larger than Hoan Kiem Lake.
