The Ministry of Public Security will organize the event in front of Stand B at My Dinh National Stadium, located in Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi, on January 6, 8, and 10, 2026.
To ensure public safety and traffic order during the ceremonies, Hanoi’s police department issued the following traffic restriction and redirection plan:
From 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on January 6, 8, and 10, all vehicles will be temporarily banned from traveling on the following streets: Le Duc Tho (from Le Quang Dao to Nguyen Hoang), Le Quang Dao (from Le Duc Tho to Me Tri and Chau Van Liem).
Exempted from this ban are vehicles directly involved in the rehearsal operation, those bearing security clearance permits, and emergency response units.
During this time, traffic will be rerouted for vehicles traveling between National Highway 32 and Thang Long Avenue, in both directions, via the following routes:
Ho Tung Mau – Pham Hung – Thang Long Avenue; or Pham Hung – right turn onto Me Tri – left onto Le Quang Dao – Thang Long Avenue; or Me Tri – Chau Van Liem – Thang Long Avenue, and vice versa.
National Highway 32 – Xuan Phuong – Provincial Road 70 – Thang Long Avenue, and the reverse. Alternatively: Ho Tung Mau – Le Duc Tho – Nguyen Hoang – Pham Hung – Me Tri – Chau Van Liem – Thang Long Avenue, and return.
The Hanoi Traffic Police Department emphasizes that all road users must strictly adhere to the Road Traffic Law.
When encountering military convoys or specialized police vehicles, other vehicles must yield, pull to the right side of the road, and stop completely to allow priority passage.
