People working with public servants to deal with administrative procedures.

This is a new method in receiving justice files and returning certificate of justice record, helping create more choices for individuals, organisations and agencies who wish to obtain a justice record.

The new service aims to promote the reform of administrative procedures, facilitate applicants in submitting a justice record, and improve the quality and efficiency of public services.

Chief of the Hanoi Department of Justice Secretariat Ta Mai Vu said that the new service was expected to create favourable conditions for people, and reduce travel time as well as the pressure on receiving administrative records for public servants.

Citizens who wish to apply for a certificate of justice record can visit the website: https://lltptructuyen.moj.gov.vn to file an online application or work with the nearest Viettel post office to create an online record and order the delivery of the justice record at home.

More than 700 Viettel post offices across the country have been equipped with the software connected with State agencies to assist people in dealing with administrative procedures.
