Starting February 2, the Hanoi Tax Department will receive and process administrative tax procedures at 31 designated public service centers across the city.

This new model removes district-level limitations. Taxpayers can now submit their documents at any of the 31 service points, regardless of their residential or business registration address.

The centers will operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with working hours from 8:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon. On Saturdays, morning sessions may be added depending on actual demand.

For result collection, taxpayers must contact the phone number or address listed on their appointment slip.

The Hanoi Tax Department encourages electronic submissions for any procedures that fully support online processing.

For non-administrative documents such as formal letters, submissions should be made directly to the clerical division at the headquarters of the relevant tax office.

In cases where taxpayers need support regarding tax policies, procedures, software systems, or general assistance, they are advised to visit the support division at their respective tax offices for direct guidance.

The list of 31 designated public administration centers accepting tax procedure submissions will take effect from February 2, 2026.
