The Indian tourists will stay at about 10 high-end hotels in Hanoi until August 30. 

They are expected to visit President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, and Hoa Lo Prison during their four-day trip in the capital.

They will then travel to Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh province before heading to the Trang An Landscape Complex in Ninh Binh province. A total of 4,500 Indian tourists are scheduled to stay in the nation until September 7.

Vietnam is rapidly emerging as a popular destination among Indian tourists, with the country receiving 392,000 Indian visitors back in 2023.

The first seven months of this year saw the number stand at 271,748, a 27.3% on-year increase.
