VietNamNet Bridge - At 4.15pm on January 10, three young men fell from the fifth floor of an apartment building on Quach Van Tuan street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City to the ground. Two died while the remaining is critical.

It is reported that at the time, the police of Tan Binh District caught in the act a group of gamblers in an apartment on the fifth floor of this building.

Three out of about 10 gamblers escaped from the room and ran to the banister to find a way out, but unfortunately they hung on a rotten banister and fell to the ground.

A witness said: "I heard something falling to the ground. Looking back I saw three young men lying in a pool of blood. We took them to hospital but one of them died on the way."

Police are verifying the identities of the three men. The remaining gamblers have been arrested and remanded into custody till further investigation.

There has been no official information about the case announced.
