Vietnam to offer annual free health checkups, basic hospital fee waiver
With the new policy of basic hospital fee exemption, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long estimates that the health insurance fund will cover around VND140,000 billion, while patients will pay a total of VND21,545 billion out of pocket.
