At a working session with Matsumoto Dental University in Shiojiri, Phong expressed his belief that the number of Vietnamese students in Japan will increase as a pilot programme to teach Japanese in primary schools is proving effective.

Matsumoto Dental University and Ho Chi Minh City should discuss partnerships in education and training, especially in new scientific sectors.

Working with the association of production promotion of Suwa, the Ho Chi Minh City leader said that with high growth, the city is a popular investment destination for Japanese investors.
