On the afternoon of February 10, the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Division announced adjustments to traffic organization on Truong Dinh Street in Ben Thanh Ward to facilitate the festival, which will take place at Tao Dan Park.

The Spring Flower Festival runs for 11 days, from February 12 to 22, 2026, corresponding to the 25th day of the last lunar month of the Year of the Snake to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse.

During this period, traffic around Tao Dan Park will be closely managed and regulated to ensure security, order and safety for residents and visitors.

Notably, to serve the opening ceremony at 6:30 pm on February 12, authorities will temporarily suspend all vehicles on Truong Dinh Street, between Nguyen Du and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, from 3 pm to 9 pm the same day.

During the road closure, vehicles may follow an alternative route: Truong Dinh – Nguyen Du – Cach Mang Thang Tam, then continue according to appropriate directions.

Drivers are advised to reduce speed, comply with instructions from traffic police officers and refrain from stopping or parking in the festival area to avoid congestion.

The Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Division stated that traffic flows will be flexibly adjusted based on real conditions to minimize disruption to residents’ travel and daily activities during the event.
