As a veteran in the information and communications technology (ICT) business, Mr. Fan will be responsible for the company’s day-to-day business operations, ensuring that Huawei meets its commitment to delivering ICT products and solutions in Vietnam.

Mr. Fan began working at Huawei in 2006 as a Senior Solution Manager for the Hangzhou Representative Office. Before his Vietnam appointment, he worked in Kuala Lumpur as Deputy CEO of Huawei Malaysia, in charge of subsidiary operations management and transformation projects.
