Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán Viktor and his spouse will pay an official visit to Vietnam from September 24-26.

The visit will be made at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
At a regular press conference on September 21, the Foreign Ministry’s Spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang said that during the upcoming visit, Vietnam and Hungary will seek ways to step up bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, investment, science-technology, education-training, healthcare, environment, security and defence.
PM Orbán Viktor will pay courtesy calls to Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and President Tran Dai Quang, hold talks with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, and meet Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. He will attend the Vietnam-Hungary Business Forum, Hang said.
Vietnam and Hungary established diplomatic relations in 1950.
