VietNamNet Bridge - InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) will be in charge of managing the first hotel with brand Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport in HCM City, IHG announced on June 8.

This followed the agreement it inked with the hotel's investor, Thuy Duong-Duc Binh Trading Joint Stock Company, in HCM City on the same day.

As part of the Republic Plaza Complex, which is located next to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport is a luxury hotel with 350 rooms, including 100 suites room, that is suitable for tourists traveling for leisure and people who travel on business. 

Next to Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport will be an apartment block with 266 units with high services, both for staying and leased office. Below the hotel will be a podium comprising commercial developments, boutique shop, bank, office, commercial gym and spa, combined with the hotel’s facilities such as meeting rooms, ballroom, swimming pool, garden, restaurant and coffee shop, it will make up a facility destination and an  business advantage.

The project is located on a busy commercial street of the region, next to the TSN international airport less than 5 minutes. Around is the hospitals, schools, commercial centers, green parks that create the living space clean, and convenient to meet the needs of the life , and easy on transportation to many workplaces.

Holiday Inn Saigon Airport

The remarkable complex Republic Plaza is large windows which increase access to energy density of natural, sunlight and wind. It makes up the difference for the entire project and provide clean habitat for community among the most modern amenities.

The complex Republic Plaza is designed by Surbana and DP Consulting Company, consulting supervision is the Delta Company and ACM Indochina project management. The project is estimated to be completed and put into use in the first quarter of 2018.
