The HCM City Department of Construction will work with local districts and agencies to create a construction order management team to address the increasing number of violations.

Ha Giang in the mountainous north of Vietnam has become a popular tourist attraction thanks to its majestic scenery and rugged natural beauty.

Some 300 construction officials and inspectors in HCMC have been officially warned, demoted or fired for their violations in recent years, according to an announcement by the internal affairs unit of the HCMC Party Committee.
