HCM City sets sights on lowering high rate of unemployment

 VietNamNet Bridge – Local authorities hope to cut HCM City's unemployment rate to 4.8 per cent from last year's 4.9 per cent, according to the deputy director of the city Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
