The 15-member group, entitled K-Culture Supporters, features outstanding Vietnamese youths such as actor Hồng Đăng, pianist Trang Trịnh, food blogger Phan Anh and Korean language teacher Nguyễn Lệ Thu.
Hồng Đăng became popular with his performance in the first Vietnamese and Korean television series production, entitled Forever Young, while Phan Anh was appointed a Korean Culinary Ambassador.
K-Culture Supporters will promote activities to boost cultural exchanges between Việt Nam and Korea.
“The cultural centre wants the members of K-Culture Supporters to be cultural ambassadors to popularise Korean culture in Việt Nam,” Director of the centre Park Nark-jong said.
He said mutual understanding between peoples of the two countries would improve thanks to these Vietnamese youths.
