On Wednesday Tran Viet Trung, Director of the Tourism Department of Khanh Hoa, said that Silent Bay’s international tourism service licence had been revoked.

The firm was also asked to deal with all of issues related to the Chinese market by July 20.

"After the withdrawal of the license, Silent Bay no longer has the functions of using foreign employees so the Department [of tourism] informed the immigration police agency to deport 64 Chinese who were guaranteed by this firm. This task is underway," Trung said.

Trung said Silent Bay Company committed a lot of violations, such as employing foreign workers without permits, using fake records, etc.

The People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa will issue sanctions on this firmly as soon as possible, said Mr. Huynh Ngoc Bong, the spokesman of Khanh Hoa.
