On November 25, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee confirmed that 22 people had died and 20 others were injured due to the floods. Government agencies, military units, police forces, and other organizations have been mobilized to support recovery efforts, clean up homes, and provide aid to local communities.
The floods damaged over 1,000 houses across the province, with 105 homes completely collapsed and 909 sustaining various levels of damage. Hundreds of schools, medical stations, roads, and irrigation systems were submerged or destroyed.
The transportation sector suffered an estimated 1.97 trillion VND (approximately USD 81.1 million) in losses. Around 380 kilometers of roads were washed away, including 72 kilometers of national highways, 85 kilometers of provincial roads, and 214 kilometers of intercommunal routes. Rural roads were also severely damaged. Three suspension bridges lost cable support and suffered foundation collapses, while over 40 culverts were swept away.
Numerous structures such as the Nuoc Ngot reservoir, Dinh Phan Rang embankment, and flood defenses along rivers like Phu Tho, Song Quao, Song Cai Phan Rang, and Song To Hap also experienced erosion totaling about 30 kilometers. Additionally, more than 100 kilometers of local irrigation canals were broken or destroyed. The total damage to irrigation and flood prevention infrastructure is estimated at 1.73 trillion VND (around USD 71.2 million).
The education sector reported approximately 80 billion VND (USD 3.3 million) in damages, while healthcare facilities suffered losses of about 170 billion VND (USD 7 million).

The province also reported over 16,300 hectares of rice paddies, vegetables, and fruit crops were damaged - an increase of 367 hectares from the previous update.
In response, Khanh Hoa has enacted an emergency support policy. Households with homes that collapsed will receive 60 million VND (around USD 2,470). Those whose homes suffered severe damage will receive 30 million VND (USD 1,235). Each flood-affected resident will receive 1 million VND (USD 41), while students will be given 500,000 VND (USD 20.5) each for school supplies.
