The central province of Khanh Hoa will host the National Junior Clubs Volleyball Championships in Nha Trang City on October 1-14.

The event will feature 12 men’s and women’s teams from across the country.

Last year, the province also hosted two national volleyball tournaments.

This year’s event was originally slated for the northern province of Bac Ninh but Khanh Hoa asked the National Sports Administration to host the event, aiming to promote young talents of the province.

During the past seven years, under the guidance of coach Thai Quang Lai, Khanh Hoa’s young volleyball team have won the national tournament four times.
