The "Kong: Skull Island" film crew arrived at

VietNamNet Bridge - The "Kong: Skull Island" film crew arrived at the Dong Hoi International Airport in Quang Binh Province on Monday morning (February 22) to a warm welcome from officials of Quang Binh Province and hundreds of fans.
Mr. Ho An Phong, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Binh, said the crew would stay in Quang Binh for five days, from February 22 through 27. During this time, the provincial leaders will have two meetings with the the crew.
Phong said Quang Binh would place statues featuring characters in "Kong: Skull Island" in front of the cave of Tu Lan and other tourist sites in the province to promote local tourism.
He added that provincial authorities would ask the film crew to leave some props used in the movie as souvenirs, which will be placed at sites where the movie is being shot.
After leaving Dong Hoi International Airport, the film crew moved to Phong Nha and then other places like the Valley of Cha Noi, Yen Phu Lake and Chuot Cave in Bo Trach and Minh Hoa districts to prepare for scenes in the movie.
Around 400-500 rooms of the largest hotels and inns in the area of Phong Nha serve the film crew.
The presence of the Hollywood film crew attracted crowds of local people and tourists at Phong Nha.
