The 15-second clip, shared by reliable leaker Majin Bu on X, shows what appears to be a dummy unit of the iPhone 17 Pro in orange alongside a white model. The footage highlights the handset’s redesigned rear camera module and refined side buttons, suggesting subtle but notable hardware tweaks.

Earlier leaks suggested that Apple might introduce an unusually vibrant option for its premium Pro lineup. Reports from AppleInsider described the shade as a glowing, almost fluorescent orange  -  a sharp departure from Apple’s traditional palette of deep blue, gray, black, and silver.

Longtime leaker Sonny Dickson, who previously revealed camera ring components believed to belong to the iPhone 17, speculated the color might in fact be closer to bronze or copper-gold, fitting more neatly into Apple’s design heritage.

However, Macworld claims to have seen an internal Apple document referencing a Pantone code for the shade: TCX Papaya, a vivid, saturated orange. If accurate, it would mark the first time Apple has pushed such a bold, high-energy color into its Pro series.

The rumored new finish has sparked excitement among Apple fans worldwide. On social media, many praised the fresh, eye-catching design, while others debated whether the “Papaya” hue would age as gracefully as Apple’s more subdued tones.

The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are expected to launch with traditional colors alongside this new orange, offering more choice than ever for Apple’s flagship buyers.
