“When we cook, we work together flexibly to avoid trouble. We put careful thought into decorating, choosing furniture, and designing the space to ensure both of us are comfortable,” Ngoc shared.

Over the past six years, instead of seeing their difference as a challenge, Ngoc finds joy in what it brings. With Hai by her side, she always feels protected - in every sense.

“I look tiny when I walk next to him. Every time we cross the street, I feel safe. His broad arms feel warm and secure. To me, our height difference sometimes even highlights our love - it makes it more unique,” she said.

Minh Hai treats his wife with love and understanding, never placing unreasonable expectations on her. For Ngoc, each day spent with him is sweet and comforting.

“On my birthday, he was away on a business trip. I thought he might forget or be too busy to plan anything.

But he had already prepared everything. He bought a gift and asked my mom to give it to me, ordered a cake, and video called me at midnight so we could blow out the candles together. He even remembered exactly what cake flavor I liked,” she recalled.

The couple has committed to listening and understanding each other with sincerity. Being together has helped them mature in work and in life. Through each other, they’ve learned how to love the right way - and how to spread that warmth to those around them.
