The Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has announced the upcoming auction of three luxury marine assets belonging to Truong My Lan, including a superyacht and two premium vessels.

According to the announcement, individuals and organizations interested in participating may purchase application documents, submit registration materials and make required deposits from May 28 until 5 p.m. on June 15.

The auction will be organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Asset Auction Service Center, located at 19/5 Hoang Viet Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Potential bidders may inspect the assets, ownership documents and related materials, including files, photographs and videos, through the online auction portal at https://trungtamdaugiatphcm.daugiavna.vn.

In addition to online viewing, participants may inspect the assets in person at the auction center during office hours from June 10 to June 12, 2026.

To participate, interested parties must register an account on the online auction platform and follow the instructions for purchasing documents and completing registration procedures.

The first asset is the luxury yacht The Reverie Saigon, painted blue and white, bearing registration number SG.8389 and control number VR18051515. The vessel was built in France in 2018.

The yacht is currently moored at Tam Son Marina in Swan Bay - Dai Phuoc Island, Dai Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province.

Its starting price has been set at VND 38.7 billion (USD 1.49 million). Auction documents cost VND 1 million (USD 39) per set, while the required deposit is VND 7.7 billion (USD 296,000), equivalent to 20 percent of the starting price.

The online auction session for the yacht is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026.

The second asset is the luxury vessel THALIA, painted white, with registration number SG.8317 and control number VR17050813. It is powered by twin engines bearing serial numbers 25003F-810606 and 25003Z-810169. The vessel was manufactured in Poland in 2017.

THALIA is currently located at Vinhomes Central Park, 720A Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The vessel has a starting price of VND 3.8 billion (USD 146,000). Auction documents cost VND 200,000 (USD 8), while the deposit requirement is VND 763 million (USD 29,000), representing 20 percent of the starting price.

Its online auction session will run from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on June 18.

The third asset is the vessel ELECTRA, also painted white, with registration number SG.8316 and control number VR17050812. It is equipped with engines numbered 25003F-810607 and 25003Z-810170 and was manufactured in Poland in 2017.

The vessel is currently berthed at Vinhomes Central Park, 720A Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The starting price is VND 3.8 billion (USD 146,000). Participants must purchase auction documents for VND 200,000 (USD 8) and submit a deposit of VND 763 million (USD 29,000), equivalent to 20 percent of the starting price.

The online auction for ELECTRA will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on June 18, 2026.

Earlier, the Ho Chi Minh City Asset Auction Service Center successfully auctioned two rare Hermès albino handbags belonging to Truong My Lan, generating more than VND 14.1 billion (USD 542,000).

On May 22, the center also organized an online auction of three luxury automobiles linked to Lan. Only a white four-seat Maybach bearing license plate 51F-199.99 was successfully sold, fetching more than VND 16.652 billion (USD 640,000). Two other vehicles - a BMW with license plate 50L-069.47 and a Lexus with license plate 51A-942.85 - received no bids.

Under the first-instance judgment of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court and the appellate ruling of the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City, Truong My Lan, in addition to receiving a death sentence, is required to compensate more than VND 30 trillion (USD 1.15 billion) to victims and parties with related rights and obligations in the illegal bond issuance case.
