Doan Thi Huong is escorted to the Shah Alam High Court on March 14
Earlier, Huong’s lawyer asked the Ministry of Justice and the Attorney General of Malaysia to release her after Indonesian suspect Siti Aisyah in the same case had been freed on March 11.
The trial has attracted significant media attention, with about 100 reporters covering it.
