Two young hangliders, Hai Yen and Tuan Dung, celebrated their love with a unique wedding ceremony recently on the western outskirts of Hanoi.

Both bride and groom and most of the attendees arrived on hangliders.

They started out from Bu Hill, Luong Son District in neighbouring Hoa Binh Province and flew three kilometres to reach the wedding venue in a field in Chuong My District.

The bride is a member of the Hanoi Hang Gliding Club, while the groom is a member of Vietwings Hanoi. Both clubs often organise hangliding events on the outskirt of the capital on weekends.
