VietNamNet Bridge – Famous chef Pham Tuan Hai, more than 300 chefs and 31 contestants of Miss Mekong Delta pageant 2015 is to gather for the biggest hot pot event in Vietnam set to get underway in Can Tho City on June 27.

The event, organized by Unilever Food Solutions-one of the world’s leading food companies, is within the Mekong Delta Green Tourism Week 2015.

In 2014, the event of its kind set a record of drawing the participation of 1,000 chefs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and 3,000 diners.

1.3 tonnes of high quality materials- shrimp, meat, vegetables and spices, were used to ensure food safety and hygiene of international standards.
